Estimate List All of you active estimates are displayed in this list. You may select which one to view by either clicking or scrolling with your up/down arrow keys. Control Buttons Save: The program automatically saves any changes you make, so it is not often necessary to use this button. Archive/Delete: This button will remove the currently displayed estimate from your active list and place it into the archives. If your archives are displayed, this button will permanently delete the estimate from your database. Details: This button is used to display and hide the press and stock details for an estimate, and provide a breakdown of estimated costs by category. Notes: Used to display and hide the comment window for an estimate. You may have up to 600 characters in the comment field. Print Quote: Prints out a quote to give to your customer. Job Ticket: Prints out a job ticket for production. Multiple Quantities: Displays the multiple quantity quote window. Exit: Shuts down the program. Estimate Display
