The upper left portion of the screen is where the basic quote information is entered.  To start a new quote, click the New button.  You then then be shown several screens where you may enter or choose the estimate number, customer, jobname, and quantity.  Then you may enter the type of job, print size, color, press, and stock information.  Once this basic information has been entered, you will see the quote information displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.  You can then adjust various items to determine the best quote.  You can try a different press or stock, or adjust the bleed or grain direction.

This portion of the screen will change depending upon the type of job you are running.  A flat sheet job may have different colors on the front and back.  You may also manually select a stock size for a flat sheet job in order to take advantage of the possibility of using a different size stock than the one picked by the program.
