Commercial Printing Software Suite

Our software suite for sheetfed commercial printers is designed to handle many of the day-to-day functions of a typical commercial printer, except for computer based pre-press work.  It consists of several compatable modules which can work independently of each other, but may also function together as a seamless system:

Print Estimating and Job Order Entry - estimating, job tickets, bindery, finishing, shipping, pressforms, imposition, stock requirement calculation and usage, optional on-press input of production numbers, and basic invoicing.

Paper Purchasing and Inventory Control - purchase orders (with optional email order placement), receiving, usage, inventory. Click Here to view the Stock Book

Accounting - invoicing and accounts receivable (still in development)

Print Job  Entry  Simple and easy.  Our main screen shows all of the basic job information at a glance, with quick navigation to the details.

Easy Graph     Instead of complex and confusing price break points, our software uses an exclusive copyrighted method of flexible curves to allow easy adjustment of markup and operating rates.  Just click on the point where you want the curve, and the program adjusts your estimates and operating rates to reflect your input.

Estimating     Options include individual markup values for each item and an adjustable gross markup method.     Progressive quantities can be used to sell up your run sizes.
