This system is designed to handle the entire quality function of various manufacturing companies, from field reporting of sales and complaint issues through credit processing and corrective action by manufacturing.  It provides an easy and efficient method for field based sales and technical service personnel to enter customer issues into a shared data bank which can also be accessed by manufacturing, accounting, marketing, and other business segments.  The overall goals of the software are:
